a movie i watched when i was young, it was old so it was probably done
before my time
it about these kids who are chased by this bully from there school and
you could see them running but u cant actually see them because it
foggy well anyway there chased to somewhere and they learn magic or
something but this bad guy turns one of the kids into puppets and they
must help something thats all i remember i hoped youll find it thank
